'mksdcard.exe' is missing from the SDK tools folder

You can download missing mksdcard.exe from given link -

After download place the downloaded file in tools folder of your SDK folder !!!

code completion not working in Eclipse

Checking the Java Proposals check-box in
Window -> Preferences -> Java -> Editor -> Content Assist -> Advanced
should resolve this problem.
